PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mike Tyson (ranked 6551 p4p, 549 weight class) and Flavio Guidi (ranked 7022 p4p, 563 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guidi blocks a leg kick.
A head kick misses from Tyson.
Guidi tries to counter by closing the distance.
Tyson shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Guidi eats them both and turns towards Tyson to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Guidi darts in and clinches Tyson up against the ropes.
Guidi lands with a light punch inside.

It looks like Mike Tyson has been cut.
Guidi lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Tyson.
Tyson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A nice left hand lands by Guidi.
Guidi lands a right hand that snaps the head of Tyson backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tyson is breathing heavily.
Tyson swings wildly with an uppercut but Guidi uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tyson can't find room to land a body shot as Guidi controls the action.

Guidi lands with a left to the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Guidi.
Guidi lands an uppercut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Tyson.

Guidi throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Guidi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tyson backwards.

Tyson is rocked!
Guidi lands a body shot in the clinch.

Guidi creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Tyson crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue!
Oh Tyson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tyson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Guidi.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Guidi engages and cracks Tyson with a massive lead left hook - Tyson tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Guidi is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
