Karlsson's entrance music is Carolus Rex - Sabaton. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomu works Karlsson's body with a nice hook.

A little feinted left hand from Karlsson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Gomu stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Gomu lands a nice hook to Karlsson's body. Karlsson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Gomu lands with a nice body punch.
Gomu throws a body punch but Karlsson moves out of range.
Karlsson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Gomu throws out a powerful jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gomu throws a monster overhand right that drops Karlsson! Gomu follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

After the fight, Gomu Gomu was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Kalle Karlsson was interviewed post fight and said 'He was the better fighter this time. You win lose, and you some some.'.
