The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Gallagher.
King tries for a takedown but Gallagher circles away easily
and Gallagher makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gallagher paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gallagher feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to King's calf.
Gallagher lands a nice hook to King's body. King takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
King is breathing heavily.

Gallagher takes the fight into the clinch.
King fails to pull guard.
Gallagher is leaning against King and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
King could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Gallagher lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Gallagher with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Gallagher breaks the clinch.
Gallagher pushes King away with a front kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gallagher.
Gallagher scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. King doesn't seem bothered though.

Gallagher rushes King and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Gallagher connects with a knee to the head.

It looks like Brent King has been cut.

Gallagher drops King with a big knee straight up the middle! King is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Gallagher lands a nice looking body kick.

Gallagher lands a big uppercut and King crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but King looks OK. Gallagher waves King back to his feet!

King is rocked!

King takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Gallagher walks forward and throws a big overhand right! King drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Gallagher swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from King's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
