The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winter instigates a clinch.
Pankratios goes for a takedown in the clinch but Winter prevents it.
Winter tries to throw a body punch but Pankratios avoids it by throwing Winter back against the cage.
Winter misses with a body punch.
Winter working aggressively here.
Pankratios is trying to trip Winter. He has hold of a leg but Winter is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Pankratios persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Pankratios slips nicely into half guard.
