Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Hawk (ranked 347 p4p, 45 weight class) and Evgenii Mamchenko (ranked 1027 p4p, 137 weight class). Hawk comes to the cage accompanied by Deadwood. Evgenii Mamchenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mamchenko drops back looking for a leg! Hawk is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hawk manages to kick Mamchenko off! Mamchenko jumps back into Hawk's guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Mamchenko working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Hawk wants to sweep but no luck.

That was a close round but I would say that Thomas Hawk will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Thomas Hawk.
