Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rudi Dassler (ranked 1433 p4p, 212 weight class) and Rickson Moura (ranked 1331 p4p, 194 weight class). Rickson Moura has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dassler has a takedown stuffed.
Moura throws the left hand but Dassler avoids the punch easily.
Dassler drops down looking for a counter takedown but Moura sprawls and moves away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Moura, as that shot connected.
The fighters circling - Moura throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Nice defenses there by Dassler.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dassler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Moura sprawls well. Moura wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dassler gets slowly back to his feet.

Dassler slips a jab from Moura.
Dassler drops down looking for a counter takedown but Moura sprawls and moves away.
Dassler fails with an attempt to clinch.

Moura cracks Dassler with a big right hand but Dassler just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Moura is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dassler is aware though and is defending well.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Moura lands a nice short elbow.

Dassler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moura can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moura stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dassler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dassler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Moura is fending him off so far but Dassler persists. Nope, Moura circles away and we're back to standing.
Moura is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Dassler has closed the distance and engaged Moura in a clinch.

Moura misses with the head strike.
Dassler drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
