The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Hackleton as Violence shoots in.

Violence is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hackleton sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Hackleton wants to counter the offense by Violence and move into the clinch position.
Hackleton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hackleton wants it to stay on the feet.

It looks like Hackleton might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Violence with a lazy takedown attempt

and Hackleton counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Violence is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Violence seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Hackleton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Violence gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Hackleton had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Violence defends it easily.

Hackleton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Violence's guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Violence is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hackleton rolls with it to try and escape but Violence cranks on the arm and Hackleton is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
