Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennington shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Klein defends it nicely.
Bennington fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Klein sprawls well initially but Bennington persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Klein got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bennington has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Klein has managed to get both his arms back between Bennington 's legs - danger averted.
Bennington escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Klein gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Klein tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Klein has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Bennington is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Klein defends well.

Bennington felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Klein looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bennington with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

After winning the bout, Calvin Klein thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
