Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Mario Zambrana (ranked 3800 p4p, 432 weight class) and Miko Dimelo (ranked 21678 p4p, 698 weight class). Zambrana's entrance music is Impact is Imminent. A fine choice. Mario Zambrana has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Zambrana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Miko Dimelo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dimelo lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Mario Zambrana has been cut.
Dimelo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nice uppercut lands for Dimelo. That snapped Zambrana's head back.
Dimelo throws a body shot but no joy.
Zambrana misses the jab.
Nice defenses there by Dimelo.
Zambrana tries to clinch but Dimelo moves out of range.
Zambrana looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dimelo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice uppercut there from Zambrana.
Zambrana bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Zambrana lands a jab to the nose.
Zambrana tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Dimelo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zambrana is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dimelo.
Zambrana takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dimelo slips a straight right by Zambrana.
Zambrana uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Dimelo swings for the body but Zambrana moves out of range.
Zambrana is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Dimelo.

Zambrana scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Dimelo to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Zambrana away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Dimelo got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

Dimelo is rocked!

Zambrana scores with a jab to the head.
Dimelo is still on wobbly legs! Can Zambrana finish him?
Dimelo leaves his chin hanging out and Zambrana seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Dimelo crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
