Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Zimmerman (ranked 3583 p4p, 398 weight class) and Lynn Steinheiser (ranked 3343 p4p, 366 weight class). Zimmerman comes into the arena with Cosmic Sand - 9h00 blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman fails with a takedown attempt.
And Steinheiser tries to counter it with a takedown but Zimmerman pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Zimmerman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Steinheiser manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zimmerman dives in for a single leg takedown but Steinheiser sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Steinheiser changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Zimmerman seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Zimmerman is rocked!
Lynn Steinheiser has got the better of the ground game so far.
Steinheiser looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zimmerman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Oh Zimmerman is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Steinheiser is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Zimmerman is hurt! He's hurt bad - Steinheiser fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Zimmerman from any more punishment! Congratulations to Steinheiser! Great finish!
