The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capri keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Capri has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Island Safe Space in the buildup to the fight.
Capri tries to clinch up but LightHeavyweight circles away and keeps his distance.

Capri moves into the clinch successfully.
Still in the clinch, LightHeavyweight scores with a nice short uppercut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for LightHeavyweight.
A head punch on the inside from Capri fails to land.
LightHeavyweight tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Capri's elbow.
LightHeavyweight misses with a punch to the body.
LightHeavyweight throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
LightHeavyweight tries a body shot but Capri blocks it.
Capri scores with a shot to the side of LightHeavyweight's head.
Capri doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

LightHeavyweight gets through Capri's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

LightHeavyweight's coach down at ELITE Island Gym - 19 Elite Coaches was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on LightHeavyweight's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Capri throws a punch but it's blocked by LightHeavyweight.

The fighters are playing wrist control here with Capri pressed against the cage. LightHeavyweight frees himself up and cracks Capri with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Capri crumples to the floor, out cold! LightHeavyweight jumps on to the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
