PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Guerrino Siciliano (ranked 4066 p4p, 154 weight class) and Roberto Williams (ranked 5013 p4p, 184 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Williams's choice of entrance music: HERNIA banda. Roberto Williams told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams has taken the fight to the clinch.
Siciliano's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Williams lands with a light punch inside.

It looks like Guerrino Siciliano has been cut.
Williams is pushing Siciliano up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Williams lands with a short shot to the head.
Siciliano can't break the clinch.
Siciliano is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams scores with a shoulder strike.
Williams lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Siciliano backwards.

Williams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Williams feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Siciliano's calf.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Williams lands a front kick to the face, that drops Siciliano to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

Siciliano is rocked!

Siciliano walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Williams! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
