Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 wins, 8 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of London, Samuel Kravac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 wins, 6 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cleon Wright!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jonathan Paton and John Roberts.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright misses with a looping right.
Kravac defending well as Wright loads up on a big left hand.
Wright has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kravac shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wright pinned against the cage. Wright gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kravac goes for a double leg but Wright avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wright continues to drive forward.
Wright rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Kravac counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Kravac is trying to work for a kimura but Wright is defending well.

Kravac is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kravac landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Wright is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kravac thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wright's head.

Kravac looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wright with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kravac is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wright doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kravac.
Wright is pressing down on Kravac's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Wright wants to sweep but no luck.
Kravac trying to control but Wright is working from the bottom.
Kravac wants to pass the guard but Wright is keeping the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kravac stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wright swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Wright wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kravac throwing strikes but missing.
Kravac trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Kravac throws a big elbow that misses.
Kravac is looking to advance position but Wright has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kravac is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kravac is working hard here to advance position.
Kravac holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Wright tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Kravac slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Wright throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Kravac is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Wright pulls his head out easily.
Kravac is looking for a sweep. Wright is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Wright is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Wright not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Kravac is looking to control Wright's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kravac avoid being mounted?
Kravac has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kravac wants to get back to full guard.
Wright really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kravac. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wright is trying to control. Kravac wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Kravac makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kravac.
Kravac not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Kravac looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Wright passes into side control.
Wright tries to move into full mount but can't pass Kravac's legs.
Wright cracks Kravac with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Kravac is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Wright's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Kravac holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wright tries to stand and escape but Kravac actually recovers to full guard.
Kravac pulls Wright in to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Cleon Wright will probably get the nod.

Wright gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Wright kicks Kravac off and gets to his feet.
Wright scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kravac fails to land the takedown.
Wright is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Kravac with a body shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kravac.
Wright tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kravac was well out of range. Poor timing from Wright.
Kravac scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kravac lands with a right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kravac moves out of range as Wright strikes.
No joy there for Wright, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kravac ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kravac gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Kravac shoots in and gets a takedown into Wright's guard.

Kravac pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wright is keeping the position for now.

Kravac throws a strike but Wright rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wright accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kravac seems keen to control Wright's posture.
Wright trying to control the position from guard on top but Kravac is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kravac wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Wright stands up over Kravac, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Kravac is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Wright is aware though and is defending well.
Wright wants to get up but he can't break Kravac's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Kravac fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wright to the ground. Kravac is now in Wright's guard.

Wright lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Kravac looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Wright wants to stand but Kravac is controlling his posture from full guard.

Wright stands and steps away. Kravac gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Kravac takes a shot right to the bread basket.

The fighters circle momentarily. Wright darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Wright keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kravac looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wright has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kravac shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wright as he avoids it easily.

Wright shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Wright takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Kravac works to advance to full mount. Wright defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Kravac appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Cleon Wright is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Kravac avoids the body shot from Wright.
Wright throws a shot to the body.
Kravac takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kravac misses with a takedown
and Wright counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Wright throws the kick towards the body but Kravac avoids it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kravac keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kravac takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
