Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between William Wallace (ranked 510 p4p, 69 weight class) and Archibald Knox (ranked 1708 p4p, 216 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox misses with an uppercut
and Wallace counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wallace avoids the body shot from Knox.
Wallace throwing a counter right hand but Knox manages to avoid it.
Knox paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wallace throws an overhand right that lands on Knox's shoulder, as Knox tries to avoid the shot.
Knox swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Wallace changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Knox lands a head kick!
Wallace comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Knox throws a lazy uppercut
and Wallace counters with a nice uppercut.
Wallace swings away with a body shot that misses

and Knox counters with a crisp right hand that drops Wallace! Knox lets Wallace back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Wallace is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knox is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Wallace flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Wallace is out cold! Knox holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
