The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Elroy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A combination from Daley does no damage.
Mc Elroy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Daley misses with a lunging right hand
and Mc Elroy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Daley loads up on a big right hand but Mc Elroy slips the punch.
Mc Elroy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Daley.

Daley might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Daley is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

The fighters circle momentarily. Daley darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
