Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nazz Lee (ranked 3563 p4p, 393 weight class) and Demon Monkey (ranked 2861 p4p, 328 weight class). Monkey is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bransjehora. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monkey throws a solid leg kick but Lee takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Monkey.
Monkey avoids the body shot from Lee.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Monkey is just out of range.
Monkey throws a half hearted mid kick.
Monkey misses with a low kick.
A counter left hand to the body from Lee misses its target.
Monkey throws a push kick but Lee slaps the foot to one side.
Monkey motions for Lee to come forward. Monkey throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Monkey fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lee has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lee tries to bum rush Monkey with a series of wild strikes but Monkey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Monkey cracks Lee with an open hand slap.

Lee has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Monkey.
Lee stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Monkey.
Lee is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Monkey throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Jab, jab by Lee - just one landing.
Monkey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lee takes a jab right on the kisser.
Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Monkey throws the kick towards the body but Lee avoids it.
Monkey moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Monkey gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Monkey throws a leg kick but Lee sees it coming and moves out of range.

The cut above Demon Monkey's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Lee lands a big right hand that sends Monkey crashing to the mat! Lee stays standing though and waves Monkey back to his feet!

Lee is stalking Monkey. Monkey circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Lee, and it's lights out! Monkey really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
