The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konopka misses with an uppercut. Cadaver saw that one coming.
No joy there for Cadaver, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cadaver looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Mortis Cadaver has been cut.
Konopka shoots in for a takedown but Cadaver shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Cadaver throws a big counter combination but Konopka scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
A head kick misses from Konopka.
Cadaver throws a right and a left that both miss.
It seemed like Konopka was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Konopka misses with a straight right.
Cadaver seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Cadaver lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

As Konopka looks to move away, Cadaver throws a big counter combo but Konopka just gets out of the way.

Cadaver lands with a slapping head kick.
Cadaver throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Konopka.
Konopka shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Cadaver counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cadaver misses with a wild combination.
Konopka misses with a looping left.
Konopka throws a lazy right hand but Cadaver sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Konopka lands the left hand.
Cadaver delivers a nice body kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Cadaver.
A swing and a miss from Konopka.
Cadaver throws a series of punches but Konopka moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sloppy strikes from Cadaver. Those never looked like landing.

Cadaver tries to keep at a distance but Konopka has taken the fight into the clinch.
Konopka pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Cadaver unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Konopka! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Cadaver is unloading with more strikes now! Konopka drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
