Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leif Eirikson (ranked 163 p4p, 7 weight class) and Devin Skrumbellos (ranked 166 p4p, 8 weight class). Eirikson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is If I had a heart. Skrumbellos has chosen CANT BE TOUCHED!!! as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eirikson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Devin Skrumbellos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Skrumbellos misses with a body shot.
Eirikson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Skrumbellos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Eirikson was well out of range. Poor timing from Skrumbellos .
Eirikson was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Eirikson moves out of range of the body kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Eirikson misses the target.
Skrumbellos pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Eirikson is looking to counter punch.
Eirikson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Skrumbellos missing with a left hand there. Eirikson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Eirikson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eirikson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Skrumbellos .
Eirikson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Skrumbellos .
Eirikson throws a series of punches but Skrumbellos moves out of range.
Skrumbellos throws a head kick but Eirikson moves out of range.

Skrumbellos scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Skrumbellos misses with a hook to the body
and Eirikson counters with a nice uppercut.

Skrumbellos throws a lazy uppercut
and Eirikson counters with a straight right hand.
Eirikson moves forwards but Skrumbellos connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Skrumbellos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Eirikson moves away.
The fighters circle momentarily. Skrumbellos darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Leif Eirikson has been cut.
Skrumbellos moves away from the strike by Eirikson.
Skrumbellos throws an off balance right hand
and Eirikson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Skrumbellos fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Skrumbellos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Eirikson. That did some damage!
Eirikson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Skrumbellos .
It looked like Eirikson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Skrumbellos .
Skrumbellos with a nice cross.
Eirikson is rocked!
Eirikson misses with a lunging right hand
and Skrumbellos finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Eirikson is breathing heavily.
BOOM! Skrumbellos lands a beautiful left hook that drops Eirikson. Eirikson tries to recover but Skrumbellos is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Eirikson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Devin Skrumbellos was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
