Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Mark Tyme (ranked 1904 p4p, 193 weight class) and Nando Vasquez (ranked 8294 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyme comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes The Money. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 0 losses; Mark Tyme ! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 1 losses; Nando Vasquez!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Tyme clinches up with Vasquez and pushes him back against the cage.

Tyme pulls guard.
Vasquez preventing the sweep.

Tyme working for a triangle but Vasquez defends it easily.

Tyme has his foot on Vasquez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vasquez works his way back into a safe position though.
Vasquez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Tyme working for submissions but it's allowed Vasquez to get to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tyme wants to get back to full guard.

Vasquez seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Tyme is looking for a sweep. Vasquez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tyme is trying to maintain the position but Vasquez is very close to passing his half guard.

Vasquez moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Tyme .

Tyme wants to control his opponent's hands but Vasquez gets his hands free.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Tyme trying to control the position but Vasquez manages to sink in the hooks.

Tyme breaks Vasquez's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Vasquez's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Tyme wants to control from the top but Vasquez keeps moving.
Vasquez keeping full guard, as Tyme tries to pass.
Vasquez is pulling down on Tyme 's head. It's preventing any offense from Tyme , at least for the moment.
Tyme is pushing down on Vasquez's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vasquez is fighting to maintain full guard but Tyme has managed to sneak the leg through.

Tyme is looking for a kimura here.

Tyme wants to work for an arm triangle but Vasquez is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tyme seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vasquez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tyme is looking to advance position but Vasquez won't allow it.
Vasquez holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

Tyme is looking for a kimura but Vasquez is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tyme to get the leverage.

Tyme is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Vasquez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tyme .

Tyme is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Vasquez as he works his way to full guard.
Tyme looking to sit in guard and control but Vasquez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Tyme had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Vasquez defends it easily.

Tyme is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Vasquez is aware though and is defending well.

Tyme has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vasquez can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Vasquez pushes down on Tyme 's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vasquez in particular looking to stall.
Tyme trying to get back to full guard but Vasquez takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Tyme slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Tyme is looking for a sweep. Vasquez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Tyme has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vasquez is working away from the top position though.

Tyme has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Vasquez escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Vasquez!

Vasquez works to advance to full mount. Tyme defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Tyme is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Vasquez content just to control the position here.
Tyme tries to lock up and control but Vasquez gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Vasquez prevents Tyme from getting the reversal.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Tyme tries to hold on but Vasquez pushes him away.

And that's the end of the fight!
Vasquez wins on points by 21 to 2.
Nando Vasquez is the new featherweight champion!
Nando Vasquez decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
