The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nasib Harb manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Batukayev on his heels. He'll look to pass Batukayev's guard now, I'm sure.
Batukayev wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Nasib Harb is now in half guard.
Nasib Harb wants to stand up but Batukayev is controlling the position.
Nasib Harb should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Batukayev tries to kick Nasib Harb off but Nasib Harb keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Nasib Harb takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nasib Harb working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Nasib Harb wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Batukayev's closed guard. He's half up but Batukayev has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Batukayev pivots and extends the arm, Nasib Harb falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Batukayev! Well done that man!
