And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boulder stuffs the takedown.
Boulder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Kirby has his hands on Boulder's head, controlling the position.
Boulder wants to control from the top but Kirby keeps moving.
Boulder has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Main Event. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Boulder stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kirby swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Boulder won't allow Kirby to sweep him here.
Kirby knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Boulder on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boulder postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Kirby is looking for a sweep.

Kirby takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Boulder is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kirby knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Boulder has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Boulder looks up at the clock and then as Kirby takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Boulder smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boulder lands a decent elbow from side control.

You can see the frustration on Kirby's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Boulder swings around for an armbar but Kirby sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Boulder's guard.
Kirby throws a big right hand that misses.
Kirby is fighting to break Boulder's control of his arms but Boulder is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kirby accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Boulder looking for a triangle here. Kirby is fighting it but it looks tight! Boulder pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Kirby is tapping out - this one is all over!

A relieved looking Boris Boulder thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
