Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Butane (ranked 1383 p4p, 147 weight class) and Macho Randy (ranked 3838 p4p, 387 weight class). Macho Randy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Macho Randy!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Randy drives through and clinches with Butane against the cage.
Randy effectively controlling the action here.
Randy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Randy tries to throw a body punch but Butane avoids it by throwing Randy back against the cage.
Butane blocks a body shot from Randy.
Randy lands an elbow inside.
Randy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Butane swings wildly with an uppercut but Randy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Butane can't find room to land a body shot as Randy controls the action.
Randy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Butane works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Butane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Butane misses with a looping left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Butane ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Butane swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Randy throws a leg kick
and Butane counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Randy thinking.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Randy, right into the meat.
Randy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Butane was well out of range. Poor timing from Randy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Randy cracks Butane with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Butane misses with a wild body shot.
Butane misses with a low kick.
Randy throws a hook but Butane avoids it easily.
A counter left hand to the body from Butane misses its target.
Randy tries to land a body kick
and Butane counters with a straight right hand.
Butane tries to land a leg kick but Randy saw it coming and moves away.
A little jabbing left from Randy on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Randy connects with a high kick.
Randy falls off balance throwing a combination
and Butane counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Macho Randy has been cut.
Randy chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Butane can pounce on him.
Randy gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Randy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Butane cracks Randy with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Randy looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Butane finish him?

Randy is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Randy throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Butane counters with a big left hand that crumples Randy! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
