The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bobima at a distance.
Jackson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Kelvin Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jackson. That's going to slow Bobima down.
Bobima shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jackson misses with a wild combination.
Jackson scores with a nice strike.
Jackson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bobima.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bobima has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Jackson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bobima sprawls well initially but Jackson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jackson is nestled in close to Bobima, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Jackson lands a big elbow - Bobima is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Jackson!
