Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Guilherme Brito!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brito scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bongiorno.
Brito looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bongiorno with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Brito to score with a decent uppercut.
Brito feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bongiornos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Brito thows a leg kick but Bongiorno checks it

and Bongiorno counters by clinching up.
Bongiorno wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Bongiorno is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Bongiorno is trying to maintain a safe position but Brito gets an underhook and turns Bongiorno into the cage.
Brito lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bongiorno backwards.
Brito stalls.

Brito's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bongiorno throws the kick towards the body but Brito avoids it.
Brito swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brito misses with a hook. Bongiorno ducked under it nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brito stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

A slapping leg kick lands for Bongiorno.
Brito dodges the punch combination from Bongiorno.
A little jabbing left from Brito on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Bongiorno throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bongiorno throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Brito scores with a jab. Bongiorno acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Brito takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Brito looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Bongiorno takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bongiorno takes a swing at Brito's ribcage but misses.

Brito scores with a jab to the head.
Brito swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Brito bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bongiorno's head backwards.

Bongiorno is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bongiorno takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bongiorno throws a leg kick but Brito moved away.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Brito.
Bongiorno misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Brito.
Brito looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Brito blocks a low kick nicely.
Bongiorno drops his hands momentarily and Brito takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Oh Bongiorno is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Brito clinches.

Brito breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bongiorno seems to have got his legs back now.
Brito throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bongiorno walks into a straight right hand from Brito.

Bongiorno fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brito manages to avoid it.
Brito looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Brito swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brito, as that shot connected.
Brito missing with a left hand there. Bongiorno was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Ray Bongiorno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bongiorno misses with a body kick.
Bongiorno lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Brito backs up against the cage.
Brito is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Bongiorno had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Brito looks to land a right hand but Bongiorno moved out of range.
The crowd cheers as Brito lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bongiorno doesn't seem phased though.
BOOM! Brito lands a beautiful left hook that drops Bongiorno. Bongiorno tries to recover but Brito is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Bongiorno lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
