PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gaultier Girard (ranked 1964 p4p, 265 weight class) and Bloody Urine (ranked 2984 p4p, 391 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bloody Urine!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Girard thows a left - swing and a miss!
Urine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Urine looks to throw the jab but Girard is out of range.
Girard jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Urine wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Urine lands a really nice looking cross but Girard seems unphased.
Girard uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Urine.
Urine scores with a hook.
Urine lands a right hook to the body.
Urine tries to clinch but Girard moves out of range.
As Urine backs away, Girard returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Girard avoids the body shot from Urine.
Urine takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

and Girard counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Girard seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Urine throws a lazy right hand but Girard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Girard counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Urine dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Girard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Urine misses with an uppercut.
The fighters circling - Urine throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
It looked like Girard wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Urine throws a lazy right hand but Girard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Urine digs a good hook to Girard's body.
Urine keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Urine misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Girard.
Girard swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Urine lands a nice hook to Girard's body. Girard takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Girard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Urine has time to react.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Urine gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Girard gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Urine is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
