The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brennan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Jonah Brennan has been cut.
Morris misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

No joy there for Morris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Morris lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Brennan at a distance.
Brennan loads up on a big right hand but Morris slips the punch.
Morris closes the distance and clinches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Morris gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Morris turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Brennan isn't going anywhere.
Brennan can't do much from the bottom here.
Morris tries to score with some ground and pound. Brennan controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Brennan is trying to control Morris's posture but Morris avoids it.
Brennan is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Morris is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brennan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Morris scores with a big shot! Brennan's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Brennan! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
