The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortytwo scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Fortytwo thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Touchard if he has to take too many more of those.
Touchard looking to score a takedown here. Fortytwo is defending well but Touchard drives through and ends up in Fortytwo's guard.

Fortytwo is looking for a sweep. Touchard is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Fortytwo tries to lock up and control but Touchard gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Touchard is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Fortytwo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Fortytwo shrugs it off.
Fortytwo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Touchard on the ground.

Touchard throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

You can see the frustration on Fortytwo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Touchard is persistently looking for the submission but Fortytwo is defending it well.

Touchard has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Fortytwo is defending well but eventually Touchard manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Fortytwo has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Anton Touchard thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, One Fortytwo stepped up to the mic, saying 'Everyone picks on the big idiot, don't they?'.
