And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kayring Saiarr!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan throws a lazy right hand but Saiarr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A nice side step and Saiarr releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Ryan takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A jab from Saiarr misses.
Saiarr's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ryan under the eye.
A big left from Ryan misses.
Ryan cracks Saiarr with a good jab.

It looks like Kayring Saiarr has been cut.
Ryan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Ryan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Saiarr.
Ryan ducks under a wild hook from Saiarr.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ryan tried to score with a low kick but Saiarr checks it.
Saiarr looks like he wants to counter punch here.
A jab lands there for Ryan.
A big left from Saiarr misses.
Saiarr connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ryan. Ryan circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ryan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Saiarr sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Saiarr feints a counter leg kick.

Saiarr sizes up Ryan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Saiarr throws a lazy body kick
and Saiarr takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Saiarr swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Saiarr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ryan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A quick step to the side and Ryan tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Saiarr doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Saiarr slips under a jab from Ryan.
Ryan lands with a hook. Saiarr tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Saiarr misses with a straight left.
Saiarr lands a jab to the head.
Ryan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ryan moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Saiarr misses the jab.
Saiarr tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ryan is able to avoid easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ryan misses with an uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Saiarr misses with a hook.
Ryan throws a big counter combination but Saiarr scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Ryan scores with a jab. Saiarr acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Saiarr's corner calls for a 1-2. Saiarr obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Ryan is rocked!
Kayring Saiarr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan misses with a leg kick
and Saiarr scores with a counter punch that sends Ryan to the canvas! Saiarr smells blood - he's punishing Ryan with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Ryan has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kayring Saiarr!

After winning the bout, Kayring Saiarr thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Jimmy Ryan spoke after the fight, saying 'Good on ya, kid'.
