Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wilhelm Strauss (ranked 907 p4p, 122 weight class) and Stadin Kingi (ranked 417 p4p, 69 weight class). Strauss's entrance music is Root Of All Evil. A fine choice. Kingi has chosen Kahvimaito as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strauss thows a leg kick but Kingi checks it
letting Kingi counter with a right hand.
Strauss uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kingi.
Kingi throws a nice inside leg kick.
Strauss thows a left - swing and a miss!
Strauss lands with a thumping leg kick.

Strauss seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Kingi jabs Strauss right on the nose. Strauss blinks but takes it well.

Strauss throws a looping overhand right but Kingi ducks down to avoid it.

Strauss is looking to counter the offense by Kingi and move into the clinch.
Kingi throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Strauss takes a swing at Kingi's ribcage but misses.
A little jabbing left from Kingi on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Stadin Kingi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Strauss buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Strauss tried to counter with a leg kick but Kingi avoided it.

Kingi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Strauss lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Strauss cracks Kingi with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
