The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Thorn. That's going to slow Holmes down.
Thorn scores with a sloppy right hand. Holmes should have avoided that one.
Nice takedown defense from Thorn. No joy for Holmes on that attempt.
Thorn lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Holmes takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Thorn scores with a nice head shot.
Thorn lands with an overhand left.
Thorn throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Holmes needs to keep his hands up - Thorn had a free shot at his head there.
A chopping leg kick lands by Thorn.

Holmes walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Thorn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Holmes chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Thorn can pounce on him.
Thorn jabs Holmes right on the nose. Holmes blinks but takes it well.
Thorn's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Thorn duly obliges.
Thorn ducks under a wild hook from Holmes.
Thorn misses with a two punch combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Holmes pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Donk. Thorn catches Holmes right on the button with a cross.
Thorn paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Thorn cracks Holmes with a right hand to the side of the head.
Thorn digs a good body shot into Holmes's ribs.
Thorn throws a good cross that connects.

Holmes is rocked!
Thorn throws an overhand right that drops Holmes like a sack of potatoes! Thorn dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
