The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fury.
A jab from Fury does it's job there.
Andersson misses with the combination.
Nice body punch from Fury.

and Fury counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Andersson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Andersson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Fury is out of range and Andersson settles back down.
Fury throws a nice outside leg kick.
Andersson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fury connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Some wild striking there from Andersson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Andersson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Fury thuds a left hand into Andersson's body.

Fury moves into the clinch.
Andersson misses with a hook from the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Andersson's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Fury lands with a light punch inside.
A shot in the inside from Fury.
Fury is trying to force a seperation but Andersson has the dominant position.
Andersson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Andersson swings wildly with an uppercut but Fury uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fury throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Andersson lands a left hand.
Fury trying to control the position but instead, Andersson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Fury into the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fury.

A short body shot lands from Andersson as the two fighters clinch.

Andersson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Andersson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Andersson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Andersson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Andersson throws a big shot that misses.
Andersson backing away here, and Fury unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Fury keeps the fight on the outside.
Fury is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Andersson.
Andersson fires out a quick counter leg kick but Fury just manages to avoid it.

Fury connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Andersson's hands.
Fury moves out of range of the body kick from Andersson.
Andersson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Fury on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Fury throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Andersson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A slow jab from Fury misses its intended target.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Andersson, right into the meat.

Fury throws a low kick but Andersson moves out of range easily.
Fury scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Fury throws a lazy uppercut
and Andersson counters with a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Andersson slips a straight right by Fury.

Andersson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Fury pivots, looking for a leg kick but Andersson is out of range and Fury settles back down.
Andersson connects with a looping right hand.
Jab from Fury.
Andersson throws a series of punches but Fury avoids them all with ease.
Geese Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fury misses with a low kick.
Andersson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fury appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Andersson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fury is looking to land body kicks.
It looked like Andersson was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Fury.
Fury fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Andersson is out of range.
Andersson is looking to counter with head kicks.
Fury misses with a straight right.
Andersson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Benny Andersson will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fury tries to close the distance and clinch up but Andersson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fury lands with a nice combination. Andersson backs away looking to recover.
Fury throws a nice outside leg kick.
Fury is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Andersson like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Andersson from another fist facial!
