The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Jefferson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Jefferson moves into the clinch successfully.
Fowler has Jefferson pressed against the cage, preventing Jefferson from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Fowler tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Jefferson avoids it.

Jefferson feints a jab promting Fowler to slip. Jefferson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fowler slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Jefferson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fowler smiles and moves away.
