Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, James King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Never Win!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King scores with a nice head shot.
Win shoots for a takedown but King saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

King lands a big head kick that sends Win tumbling to the mat! King takes a step backwards and waves Win back to his feet - he wants the finish!


It looks like Never Win has been cut.
King scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Win fails with the takedown

and King holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

King turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Win can't do much from the bottom here.
Win tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but King presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
King lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Win hang on?
Win can't escape the position.
Win taking shots to the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.

King looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
King takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Win is desperately trying to improve his position but King has a good base and remains in mount.
Win should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Win looks winded!
Win is trying to reverse the position but instead King has taken his back - oops!
King just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

King is cranking Win's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Win! He's tightened the choke and Win is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). James King!
