The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nowak closes the distance and clinches.
Nowak goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Scientia lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Nowak has clasped his hands together around Scientia's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Scientia tries to bench press Nowak off him but Nowak keeps the position.
Nowak looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
