Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Logan Briggs!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Postans pushes Briggs up against the cage in a clinch.

Briggs is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Postans to keep the fight standing.

Briggs has his foot on Postans's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Postans works his way back into a safe position though.

Briggs working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Postans doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Postans manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Postans wants to control from the top but Briggs keeps moving.
Postans is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Briggs is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Briggs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Postans drops Briggs with a beautiful combination! Briggs stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Postans is looking for the KO!
Postans is looking to wear down Briggs with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Briggs wants to counter the offense by Postans and move into the clinch position.

Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Postans engages and cracks Briggs with a massive lead left hook - Briggs tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Postans is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
