And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Davos Seaworth!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giannopoulos throws a solid leg kick but Seaworth takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Giannopoulos.
Nice body punch from Giannopoulos.
Seaworth misses with a hook
and Seaworth takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Davos Seaworth has been cut.
Giannopoulos listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Seaworth swings away with a body shot that misses

and Giannopoulos counters with a crisp right hand that drops Seaworth! Giannopoulos lets Seaworth back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Seaworth is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Seaworth misses with a two punch combination.
Giannopoulos was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Seaworth keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Giannopoulos lands a jab to Seaworth's midsection.
A nice leg kick lands there from Giannopoulos.
Seaworth misses with a hook to the body
and Giannopoulos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Davos Seaworth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seaworth misses with a straight left.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Seaworth swings widly with a right hand

and Giannopoulos counters with a nice right hand that sends Seaworth toppling to the canvas! Seaworth scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Giannopoulos finish him?!
Seaworth is still on wobbly legs! Can Giannopoulos finish him?

That has opened up Davos Seaworth's cut even more.
Seaworth misses the body punch
and Giannopoulos rattles Seaworth with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Seaworth tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Giannopoulos dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Seaworth stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Nikos Giannopoulos!
In his post fight interview, Nikos Giannopoulos started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
