Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Bushey (ranked 5988 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Donnalley (ranked 23645 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Randy Donnalley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adam Bushey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randy Donnalley!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Bushey misses.
Bushey misses with a lunging right hand
and Donnalley counters with a three punch combo that has Bushey backing up. Bushey nods at Donnalley to acknowledge the strikes.
Bushey misses with an uppercut. Donnalley saw that one coming.
Donnalley misses with a series of wild punches.
Donnalley misses with a kick to the body
and Bushey counters with a stiff right hand.
Donnalley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bushey swivels and escapes.
Bushey scores with a jab to the head.

Donnalley dives in and scores a takedown into Bushey's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bushey has an active guard here but Donnalley has managed to pass into half guard.
Donnalley is trying to control the action in half guard but Bushey is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Bushey is looking to escape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bushey is not content to let Donnalley control the position.
Donnalley is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Bushey controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Bushey flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Donnalley working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Bushey is trying to stand up here but Donnalley is controlling him well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Donnalley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bushey does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Donnalley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bushey tries to avoid it but Donnalley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bushey to the ground. Bushey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bushey is looking to score with low kicks.
Donnalley stalks Bushey and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bushey's face. Bushey staggers backwards, shaken.
Donnalley shoots in but no luck this time.
Adam Bushey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Donnalley.
Bushey lands with a straight right. Donnalley didn't see that one coming.
Bushey smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Danga de danga de dang - Donnalley scores with a four punch combination!
Good standup being displayed there by Bushey as he connects with a hook.
Bushey clobbers Donnalley with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Donnalley is rocked!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Bushey engages and cracks Donnalley with a massive lead left hook - Donnalley tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Bushey is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Adam Bushey!
Adam Bushey opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
