The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kriel takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Parnevik throws a combination. Kriel tries to block but a couple of punches get through.


It looks like Jan Kriel has been cut.
Parnevik fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kriel manages to avoid it.
Kriel keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Kriel tries to move into range but Parnevik moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Parnevik throws an overhand right that lands on Kriel's shoulder, as Kriel tries to avoid the shot.
Kriel throws out a loose jab but Parnevik uses good head movement to avoid it.
It looked like Parnevik wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Parnevik connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kriel. Kriel circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Parnevik explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Parnevik lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kriel circles away quickly and effectively.

Parnevik does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kriel chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Parnevik can pounce on him.
Kriel loads up on a big right hand but Parnevik slips the punch.
Parnevik jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Parnevik punishes Kriel's body with a nice straight punch.

Kriel has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Kriel with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Parnevik to score with a decent uppercut.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kriel might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Parnevik has got the better of the exchanges.

Parnevik Throws a clean left jab. Parnevik Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Kriel's chin! Kriel crumbles to the ground and Parnevik follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Parnevik!
