Tweedie has chosen Snow Patrol - Chocolate as his entrance music. Tweedie has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traianus closes the distance and clinches up with Tweedie, looking for a takedown. Traianus pushes Tweedie against the cage but Tweedie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Traianus shoots and misses
and Tweedie counters with a series of strikes. Traianus will be more careful next time no doubt.
Tweedie lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Marcus Ulpius Traianus has been cut.
Nice body kick from Tweedie.
Tweedie scores with a one two! Traianus had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Traianus is defended easily by Tweedie.

Traianus darts in looking for a takedown but Tweedie gets double underhooks and turns Traianus into the cage.

Tweedie is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Traianus will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
It looks like Tweedie might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Tweedie is working Traianus over with some ground and pound from side control.
Tweedie has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Traianus!

Let's hope that Tweedie has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
