Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Test Fairy (ranked 4600 p4p, 0 weight class) and Art Brock (ranked 7473 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fairy misses with a double jab.
Brock throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Brock throws a series of punches but Fairy avoids them all with ease.
Brock connects with a solid leg kick.
Fairy throws the kick towards the body but Brock avoids it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Brock! But no joy.
Brock scores with a decent looking hook.
Brock throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Test Fairy has been cut.

Fairy gets off balance looking for a body kick

Fairy throws a hook but Brock blocks it.
Fairy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brock.

Despite the aggression on Brock's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Fairy takes a swing at Brock's ribcage but misses.

Test Fairy's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

We've been told by Fairy's head coaches at GTi 888 that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Brock throws a predictable looking body shot
and Fairy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Brock tests Fairy's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Jeez, Test Fairy's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Brock fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fairy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That's time! Fairy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Brock throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fairy's head.
Brock looks to land a left hand but Fairy moved out of range nicely.
Brock throws a lazy right hand but Fairy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brock pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A decent looking cross lands there for Brock.

Fairy throws a body shot but no joy.
Brock throws a leg kick which misses Fairy's front leg but catches the back leg as Fairy tries to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fairy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Brock lunges at Fairy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Fairy's hand.
