The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robbins blocks a jab.
Van De Riet stuns Robbins with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Van De Riet throws out a loose jab but Robbins uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lars Van De Riet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looked like Robbins was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Robbins fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Van De Riet avoids it really well and circles away.
