Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Enzo Perez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jules Winnfield!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winnfield falls off balance throwing a combination
and Perez counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Winnfield defending well as Perez loads up on a big left hand.
Winnfield tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Perez paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Perez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Perez moves into the clinch.
Perez throws a head punch that misses.
Perez prevents a body shot from Winnfield.

Winnfield decides to pull guard.
Perez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Perez trying to control the position from guard on top but Winnfield is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Perez trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Winnfield manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Perez controlling Winnfield's posture.
Perez bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Winnfield's guard.

Perez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Perez throwing strikes but missing.
Perez controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Perez trying to control but Winnfield is working from the bottom.
Winnfield manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Perez manages to get himself to full guard.

Perez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Perez wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Winnfield not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Winnfield passes into half guard.
Perez holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Perez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Perez.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Winnfield postures up.
Perez looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Winnfield trying to control but Perez is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Perez misses with a wild body shot.
Winnfield misses with a hook.
Winnfield just misses with a punch to the body.
Winnfield tries for a takedown but Perez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jules Winnfield seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Winnfield scores with a jab.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Perez looks for the body kick but Winnfield saw that one coming.
Winnfield misses the shot to the body.
Perez thumps Winnfield with a low kick.
Nice jab there from Perez.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Enzo Perez dominated that round.
That's time! Perez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Perez misses with a looping left.
Winnfield is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Winnfield misses with a takedown attempt
and Perez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut there from Perez.
Winnfield tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Perez paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Perez instigates a clinch.

Winnfield successfully pulls guard.
Perez connects with a couple of short punches.
Winnfield is adopting a defensive guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Perez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Winnfield swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Perez won't allow Winnfield to sweep him here.
Perez looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Perez lands a jab to Winnfield's midsection.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Winnfield fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Perez darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.


Winnfield is rocked!
Winnfield is aggressively charging in as Perez backs up avoiding any damage. Perez tosses out a jab and Winnfield runs right into it face first! Winnfield is out cold! Perez dropped down on all fours and is barking in Winnfield's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Enzo Perez!
Our winner, Enzo Perez, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
