Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boriss Bundvich (ranked 7064 p4p, 727 weight class) and Tyler Kingsly (ranked 6968 p4p, 725 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boriss Bundvich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyler Kingsly!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kingsly clinches.

Kingsly tightens his grip and picks Bundvich up, before dumping him to the ground. Bundvich manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kingsly looking to pass the guard.
Kingsly trying to control the position from guard on top but Bundvich is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kingsly prevents Bundvich from getting back to his feet.

Bundvich is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kingsly defends well.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Kingsly gets to his feet. Bundvich looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bundvich.
Bundvich sets himself, and Kingsly steps forward looking for the clinch! Bundvich avoids it this time.
Kingsly shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bundvich as he jumps to the side.
Kingsly swats away the attempt to clinch by Bundvich.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kingsly shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bundvich as he avoids it easily.
Kingsly circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kingsly fails to land with a series of punches.

Kingsly feints and as Bundvich raises his hands in defense, Kingsly changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bundvich wriggles free and stands up.
Bundvich wants to clinch.
Kingsly is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

and Bundvich moves into the clinch.
Boriss Bundvich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Kingsly.

Kingsly breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bundvich bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Kingsly throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Bundvich shoots in for a double leg but Kingsly sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kingsly closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bundvich quickly recovers to half guard.

Bundvich has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Kingsly is on him like a limpet, forcing Bundvich back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bundvich misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kingsly.

Kingsly pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bundvich lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Kingsly has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bundvich tries to pull guard but Kingsly won't allow it.

Kingsly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Kingsly.
Bundvich struggling a bit here.
Bundvich is trying to improve his position.
Bundvich is trying to escape the position but Kingsly is controlling the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kingsly slaps away a takedown attempt from Bundvich, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bundvich keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kingsly.

Kingsly throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bundvich was covering up waiting for the punch and Kingsly finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Bundvich manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Kingsly drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Kingsly throws a right hand that Bundvich ducks under and follows up with a left that Bundvich also avoids with ease.

Kingsly has Bundvich up against the cage in a clinch.
Kingsly jumps guard but Bundvich stands there with Kingsly around his waist. Kingsly gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Kingsly goes for a double leg but Bundvich avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bundvich continues to drive forward.
Kingsly shoots in looking for a takedown. Bundvich tries to sprawl out of it but Kingsly keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bundvich manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kingsly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bundvich tries to avoid it but Kingsly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bundvich to the ground. Bundvich escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bundvich is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kingsly sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Boriss Bundvich is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bundvich throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Tyler Kingsly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Bundvich throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kingsly's waist but Kingsly gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bundvich off to one side.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bundvich pushes off an throws an elbow but Kingsly leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Tyler Kingsly is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Well Kingsly has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
