The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawson leaves Williams with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dawson misses with a straight right.
A countering left hand to the body from Williams misses.
Nice defenses there by Williams.
Williams tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
A lazy left from Dawson finds it's target.
Nice uppercut there from Dawson.
Dawson lands a jab to the head.
Williams keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dawson.
Williams tries to counter by closing the distance.
Williams ducks under a wild hook from Dawson.

Dawson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Williams sprawling to the canvas! Williams rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dawson finish him?!
Williams is still on wobbly legs! Can Dawson finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dawson fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Williams square on the jaw! Damn, Williams is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
