Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Barover!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Esu Adebisi!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adebisi catches Barover with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Barover shoots in for a takedown but Adebisi shows good takedown defense.
A looping hook to the body misses from Adebisi. Barover does a little dance to reset his feet.
Adebisi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Adebisi misses with an uppercut.
Adebisi throws a hook but Barover blocks it.
Adebisi lands with a thumping leg kick.
Barover moves out of range of the leg kick from Adebisi.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Barover is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Adebisi is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Adebisi has escaped and now he's on top!

Adebisi would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Barover is looking for a triangle but Adebisi pushes his legs off easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Barover bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Adebisi's guard.

Barover bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Adebisi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Barover circles away quickly and effectively.

Adebisi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Barover has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Adebisi has managed to get both his arms back between Barover's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Barover can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Adebisi controls the pace.

Adebisi decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Barover, up you get!

Adebisi has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Adebisi.

Steve Barover has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Barover doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Barover takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Esu Adebisi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Adebisi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
