Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Persley 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Watts under the eye.
Persley ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Watts moves away.
Persley throws a body punch but Watts moves out of range.
Watts gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Persley .
Watts takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Persley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Watts circles away.
Watts tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Persley was well out of range. Poor timing from Watts.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A very excited looking Demetrius Persley rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
