Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Smith (ranked 837 p4p, 29 weight class) and Seo Dae Young (ranked 1041 p4p, 33 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that John Smith has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily John Smith seems to be OK! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dae Young lands a nice leg kick that just misses Smith's sensitive parts.
Dae Young throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've been told by Smith's head coaches at Killer Instinct ☠ that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Smith on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dae Young. Dae Young obviously looking to wear him down.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Smith takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
We've been informed that Dae Young has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dae Young slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Smith lands with a thumping leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Dae Young counters with a low kick, right behind Smith 's knee.
That kick from Dae Young tenderised Smith's leg. Smith is trying to keep his angry face on.
Dae Young scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Dae Young cracks Smith with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Smith looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dae Young finish him?

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Dae Young counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
