Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kory Cross (ranked 25542 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Hensley (ranked 6657 p4p, 533 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hensley drives through with a takedown into guard.

Cross wants to stand and escape but Hensley is having none of it.

Cross is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hensley controls from within his opponent's guard.
Cross is looking to stand up but Hensley isn't so interested in that idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hensley slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Cross really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Hensley has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Cross doesn't defend quickly enough and Hensley has managed to lock this one up! Can Cross escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hensley on a fantastic submission victory.
