Canning lands with an overhand left.

enabling Canning to counter with a crisp jab.
Boyd misses with a hook
and Canning counters with a left to the body.
Canning moves out of range as Boyd strikes.
Boyd looks to throw the jab but Canning is out of range.
Boyd rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Canning counters with a left to the body.

Boyd throws a right hand that misses
and Canning counters with an inside leg kick.
Boyd tries to land a leg kick but Canning saw it coming and moves away.
Boyd is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Canning uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Boyd.
Boyd fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Boyd tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Boyd throws a lazy body kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Canning lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Canning feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Boyd fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Canning checks it well.
Canning throws a push kick but Boyd slaps the foot to one side.
Boyd throws a lazy uppercut
and Canning counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Canning delivers a nice body kick.
Jason Canning is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boyd looks winded!
A low kick from Boyd is predictable there
and Boyd takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Boyd throws an off balance right hand
and Canning counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
