The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Holloway finds it's target.
Brandis throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Holloway has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Brandis connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
It looks like Jay Holloway has been cut.
Holloway bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Holloway lands the left hand.
Holloway avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've been told by Brandis's head coaches at Heart Cave (8 elites, 4 double-elites, 1 triple) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nice shot lands for Brandis.
Holloway moves away from the strike by Brandis.
As Brandis backs off Holloway throws a huge counter combo but Brandis manages to avoid it all.
Brandis swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Brandis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Holloway throws an overhand right that drops Brandis like a sack of potatoes! Holloway dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
